Why train with YOU?
Working out with a personal trainer has become a necessity for today’s stressful lifestyle. Adapting to newer and bigger stresses, aquiring better postural control, gaining cardiovascular endurance, joint stability and muscle strength is the emphasis behind my training.
What's your training like?
Exercises will be performed in an unsupported environment (no machines used) which will force your weaker muscles to catch up with your stronger muscles. Assessing postural alignment during these functional moves will aid in achieving proper physical and physiological adaptations.
What should I expect from you?
I will be on time every time. I will be physically and mentally ready to lead you through your training session. I expect the same from you. You should be warmed up (5-10 minutes on the treadmill) upon starting the session.
What if I need to reschedule an appointment?
You need to give at least 24 hour notice. A session will be deducted from your package if you forget to do so. At least 5 days notice are needed if going out of town. The same will apply to myself.
I want to do in-home training? What do I need?
You will need a comfortable open area for training, a set of heavier (12, 20, 25) and lighter (5, 10, 15) pound dumbbells and stability ball. Extra essential elements would include a medicine ball, a step and a bosu.
What type of clients do you work with?
Anyone who has the goal of becoming a more functional and stress hardy human being. Goals include: weight loss, core and postural control, muscular strength and tone, cardiovascular endurance, joint stability, flexibility, improvement of activities of daily living, reduce stress and increase energy.
What are your training hours?
