GOING TO SLEEP BY 10:30 PM WILL ALLOW YOUR BODY TO GO THROUGH IT'S PROPER PHYSIOLOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL REPAIRS. DISRUPTING THIS CYCLE WILL INCREASE STRESS ON THE BODY AND COULD POSSIBLY LEAD TO MORE WEIGHT GAIN AND POSTURAL IMBALANCES.
